Danica House House Danica ( 3 + 2 ) is in Šmartno, on a quiet 'gasa' or alleyway that leads to the church. No traffic, no noise, one tom-cat, and absolute peace. Time passes more slowly in Šmartno. On the same alleway is the museum Briška hiša, one of the oldest building in the village,that dates back to the 16th century, opposite House Danica is the art gallery in Hiša kulture (House of Culture), further down is the parochial church of Saint Martin. Šmartno is the perfect starting point for your exploration of Brda. Danica has two bedrooms, a double and a single, a practical but well designed kitchen with dining area and one bathroom. The sofa in the kitchen-living corner is extendable and can host two more people.
