7th Wine Festival BRDA and WINE - ŠMARTNO 2011 territory – people – wine April 16, 17  The first spring event in Šmartno is the traditional wine festival. The majority of winegrowers from Brda region will present their finest wines in the cellars of medieval stone houses. This year's programe includes guided wine tastings, lectures on wine and cuisine, a rich choice of typical local dishes. Šmartno's North square becomes an open market place where local produce, arts and crafts will be on sale. Cultural and entertainment program on both days will include live music, film, art exhibitions and ex-tempore . We invite you to discover our wines and our territory at Brda and Wine, Šmartno.
